I always wanted to create the perfect morning class. Usually, you get out too sweaty with no time to take a shower before work, or the start into the day takes not enough time to fully ease into it. Work on your fascia! Yin Yoga is fighting the perception, that it is yoga for lazy people. Yes, we‘re staying in a pose up to 5 minutes, which can feel like „lying around“. BUT yin yoga is INTENSE and the perfect way to release. Get rid of stress, emotions like anger and frustration or join to get a proper stretch.

Energy Fix - Yoga Nidra

This deep meditation practice is also called “Yogi’s sleep”. And once you’ve tried it, you’ll understand. It’s a guided meditation with no movement at all. You usually lie on the mat, fully relaxed with pillows and blankets – make it cozy! My voice will guide you into your subconsciousness while your whole body will ease into full relaxation.
